Once you’ve finished creating your yearbook in Yearbook Hub, you will need to mark all sections as complete and then as approved (this allows you to review your completed sections and make changes before approving them). In your Yearbook Ladder (this can be found by clicking the ‘Yearbook’ link at the top), next to each section is a small icon with a tick mark. Click on this icon to mark a section as complete. You will have the option to mark that single section as complete or to mark all sections complete. Once this has been done, you will see a green tick mark next to the section. Click on this green tick to mark the section as approved. Again, you will have the option to approve all sections at once if you prefer. Once all sections have been approved, a new button marked ‘Submit’ will appear at the top of this page. Click on this button and you will be guided through the process of submitting your files for print.
Once your yearbook has been submitted, we will get in touch with you to arrange payment. When payment has been completed, your yearbooks will be printed and delivered.
