Thats a good question, and it’s not easy to answer. The price of your yearbook will depend on how many pages and how many copies you want, how you create the yearbook and which binding style you choose. If you want to find out how much your yearbook is going to cost, you can either use our online price calculator or get in touch with one of our advisors.
As we do not take a deposit, you can change the number of yearbooks you would like to order right up until just before we print, but once the yearbooks have been printed and sent out to you we are unable to accept any returns.
If you order 75 or more yearbooks you will receive our large order discount. As a general rule, the more yearbooks you order, the more generous our discount will be.
Our early order discount is available between September and December, but you do not need to pay for your yearbooks between these dates to qualify for the discount – you just have to place your order. Even if you don’t pay for your yearbook until much later than December, as long as your order is placed by this time, you will be eligible for the early order discount.
Nothing! At least, delivery to the UK mainland is free of charge – unfortunately we do have to charge for delivery to the Channel Islands.
No, we will never ask for a deposit on yearbooks. We understand that it can be difficult to get all of the money together for your yearbooks, so we do not ask you to pay until the very end of the process, just before we send your yearbooks to print. This should give you plenty of time to get payment from everyone.
Unfortunately we can’t process cash payments or individual student cheques. We really need you to generate a purchase order through your school. The lovely people in your school office should be able to help you out with this – alternatively, you can send one cheque for the full amount, made payable to ‘SPC Yearbooks’.
Yes they do, at least to some degree. Ideally there should be a member of school staff supervising the project, as we do need final approval from a member of school staff before we can begin printing your yearbooks. The yearbook is seen to be representing the school, so it is important that a teacher or other member of staff approves them before we print them.
There is no limit on the number of pages you can have in your yearbook. In most cases the number of sides will need to be a multiple of two; however, with square-back binding the number of pages will need to be a multiple of four due to the way these yearbooks are produced.
Officially the minimum order is 50 yearbooks. However if you really need to order fewer, please get in touch with us and we are sure we will be able to sort something out for you.
Well, that depends on a lot of things, and ultimately it is down to how you plan to work on your yearbook. Ask one of Yearbook Specialists how much time we think you should set aside to put your yearbook together.
