If you want to design your yearbooks using your own software, you can supply us with files to print from.

• You should allow at least 15mm round the edge with no text or photos in to ensure that nothing is cut off when we print and bind.
• We can accept artwork in most formats, but please supply pdf files where possible - please call us on 0845 838 61 61 if you have any questions.
• You can supply us with artwork for the front cover or we can design it for you at no extra cost.
• We send a full colour proof for you to check prior to printing.
• We do not proofread or amend this option, so please make sure that you have checked the files thoroughly before submitting them!
