When the software was installed, it will have created a menu item within your Programs list.

This can be accessed by using the Start button > All Programs.

The menu item is SPC Page Creator. If you hover over this another menu will fly out. This menu will have an uninstall icon within it. Simply click this icon to fully remove the software.
