Yearbook Comment Sheets

If you choose to have individual comments from each student you will need a way of collecting these. Comments should always be polite and positive - we reserve the right not to print anything that we consider to be obscene or offensive. However, the final responsibility lies with you to ensure all comments are acceptable.

The comment sheets below are tailored to correspond to the number of students on each yearbook page. Simply download a comment sheet below and ask each class member to fill in their comment.
