It is important to consider the timescales for producing a yearbook. As a guideline it generally takes:

• 13 weeks for a customised (Gold) or template based (Silver) Yearbook to be designed, proofed, printed and delivered.
• For yearbooks with hardback gloss binding add an extra 2 weeks.

Design + Proofing:
2 - 5 weeks (If you do the design yourself proofs will normally take less than 2 weeks).

Approval:
4 weeks for you to check the proofs, make changes if necessary and approve corrections.

Production:
4 weeks for us to print, bind and deliver (6 weeks if you choose Hardback Gloss).

When planning, we advise you to work to the following schedule.

Please add two weeks to your schedule for full colour hardback or faux leather binding.
