Helpful Information
- All our yearbooks are printed in full colour throughout.
- Prices are per book with a minimum order of 50 copies (if you need fewer than this, please call us for a price).
- There is a base price per copy which covers all design, proofing, softback binding and bulk delivery to one UK address.
- You decide how many pages you want and add 10p per A4 side to the base price (minimum 20 pages).
- For hardback cloth effect binding, simply add £4.00 to the base price.
- For full colour hardback and faux leather binding, the price does vary with page count and quantity - please call us for a price on 0845 838 61 61 (local rate number), or use our online price calculator.

If you choose the Gold or Silver design option we can put together as many photo pages as you require.
If you would like groups of photos placed together - for example ‘The Last Day of School’, please put them in separate folders on your disk when you send them to us.

We will design a bespoke cover for you or, if you wish, you can supply your own design. Unless you are choosing hardback cloth effect binding, this cover will be printed in full colour and laminated with a protective film to give a glossy finish. The design can be anything that you would like, but you may wish to include your school name, crest, logo, photographs, text or original artwork.

We can bind your yearbooks in six different ways. The softback styles are included in the base price for the books. The three hardback options do cost a bit extra, so remember to include this in your budget if you want a hardback yearbook (use our online budget calculator to see which of our design options is best for you).

- Order 150-249 yearbooks and get a 10% large order discount

- Order planners and yearbooks and get £1 off each yearbook (Minimum 300 planners and 50 yearbooks – max £300)
- 6 free yearbooks (3 for each year group) if both year 11 & 13 order with us (Minimum order 50 yearbooks for each edition)
