If you would like to work on your project from multiple computers use the following instructions. This could be useful if you would like several people to work on the Yearbook at once.

1. Install YBC on the first PC.
 
2. Create a new project (choosing a template).
 
3. Create your desired page layouts and then save the project.
 
4. Install exactly the same YBC installer on the other computers.
 
5. Run YBC on the new computers once.
 
6. Go to "My Documents > SPC Page Creator Projects" on the first computer
 
7. Copy the entire project folder (it will have .prj after it) onto pen drive or CD
 
8. Copy this project folder into the SPC Page Creator Projects folders on the other
computers.
 
9 Run the software on the newly installed computers and select "Open Existing Project"
and open your project.
 
10. Now you can use the same template on all computers.
 
11. Once ready create orders from each computer and provide a flat plan of how they
fit together.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ONCE THE PROJECT IS SPLIT APART INTO SEPARATE SECTIONS IT CANNOT BE PUT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN IN THE SOFTWARE. EACH PERSON MUST CREATE AN ORDER FROM THEIR COMPUTER. ONCE THIS IS DONE, SEND ALL OF THE ORDER FILES TO US ALONG WITH A FLAT PLAN ADVISING US OF THE PAGE ORDERING.
