What do I do if I have created part of my project in Publisher and part in Yearbook Creator

Please do not try to copy Yearbook Creator pages into Publisher, there is no
need to do this. Copy and Paste will not work and there is no other way
to copy pages into Publisher.

We would suggest you do the following;

1. For the part of the project that you wish to supply in Publisher, do so
but only the Publisher part. Place this onto a separate CD or DVD disc, not
onto the pen drive. Clearly mark it as the Publisher part.

2. Open your Yearbook Project in Yearbook Creator

3. Now click File > Order. You will now be asked to add a quantity, reference
code and any instructions to the order (you may also be asked to provide an
email address). Once this is done, tick the disclaimer box and then click the
order button to create the encrypted files.

4. Once the software has finished creating the encrypted files a new window
will open containing a folder with a name like "Order_14622210120081027355069".
This folder contains your encrypted Yearbook project files.

5. Copy the entire folder onto the pen drive.

6. Send the pen drive back to us along with the CD/DVD of the publisher files.
We will merge the two together once we have created PDF's of them.

7. You must provide a page plan to us so it is clear which pages are Yearbook
Creator and which pages are Publisher in your completed Yearbook.
