This is a great value option – we have created 6 design themes for you to choose from. Each theme includes a student spread and introduction page. Photo pages, signature pages and all additional pages will follow the same style. It’s still personalised for you, but there is less design time to pay for! • It is a good idea to make a contents list at the start of your project. This will help you organise your yearbook and calculate the price.

• You must supply an up-to-date class register or list – delete the names of people who have left if you don’t want them to appear.

• You may find it useful to put every page or section into a plastic wallet, envelope or ringbinder.

• Any of the 6 Silver designs can have the colours changed to match your school colours.

• You can have any number of pages in your yearbook – the only constraint is your budget! You could include photo pages showing drama productions, work experience or school trips, or pages for awards, acknowledgements, dedications, absent friends and great mates – the list is endless!

• The Silver option base price includes the design of 2 photo montages. Extra montages are then 50p each per book. Boxed photograph pages (see page 35) do not incur any extra design charges.

• Remember, if you choose a design with space for comments, they need to be typed in Word and supplied on disk. There is a sheet enclosed to help you collect comments from students (see page 31).

• Your yearbook will be checked by our proofreaders and we take the utmost care to ensure your yearbook is accurate. However, you have final responsibility for checking the content.
