Help! Our school wants leavers hoodies, but where do we start?

School hoodie information from SPC YearbooksWhat leavers hoodie designs are available?

SPC Yearbooks offer 16 artwork choices for the back of your hoodie – 8 classic and 8 modern, all of which cleverly incorporate your whole years’ names into the design. You have the option to personalise your individual hoodies with each student’s name (or nickname) on the back or front. The school logo and school name can be screen printed or embroidered onto the front of each hoodie too.

Take a look at more hoodie designs here.

What does the school need to provide?

We need a class list of names to go into the artwork, we also need to know which design your would like for the hoodie reverse and how many hoodies in total you wish to order.

Details of hoodie style, sizes and colours you require, also what (if any), personalisation needs to go on each person’s hoodie can be filled in on our hoodie order form.

Have you looked at the hoodie designs yet? Download the hoodies flyer here.

Are there any special discounts?

Yes, you can get a massive 20% off your leavers hoodies if you also order a yearbook with SPC Yearbooks.

I’ve ordered my yearbook, what happens now?

What happens once I've ordered my yearbook from SPC YearbooksSo … what happens after you order your yearbook?

Once your order is received here at SPC Yearbooks, one of our customer account managers will be allocated your project. They are here to guide you though each stage of producing your yearbooks, through to delivery and provide you with deadlines to make sure that your books move promptly though to print. They are also here to answer any questions you might have about making yearbooks, using our software or even help with the design of your yearbooks – you can ask them anything! Not only this, they will stay in touch making sure that you are getting through each stage of your yearbooks with ease and on time.

Whether you have chosen to design your own or let SPC design your yearbook for you, you will receive a full colour print out of your yearbook to check. You are responsible for checking all is ok and once a member of staff has signed off the book, it’s ready to go to print.

Once the book is sent to print, we will arrange for your books to be delivered by overnight courier and also take payment for the yearbooks. Payment is taken before shipping or you could send a purchase order from the school, should you wish to be invoiced.

An account manager’s last job is to make sure your books have arrived and that you are just as thrilled as SPC are with the final product.

In short an account manager is here to make sure you get what you want – if you have any questions or would like an update on which stage your yearbook has reached, give your account manager a call or pop them an email.

How to order your yearbook through Yearbook Creator

Once you are happy with your Yearbook, you will need to create the order files for us to print. Yearbook Creator uses an encryption system to create an encrypted version of your Yearbook.

To create your order, do the following:

Step 1
Click the shopping trolley icon or select ‘File’ > ‘Order’… from the main menu. The program checks the Yearbook (Flight Check) for any potential issues such as empty picture boxes and/or empty text boxes. The Flight Check Results window advises of any potential issues. If any of the issues are marked with a red symbol, they will need to be fixed before the order can be placed. Yellow symbols are advisory only – these should be reviewed by you before proceeding.
